The Moroccan Magazine of Dispute (MMD
is a periodic publication (semi-annual) with specialized, academic and university vocation which is published from Oujda (Morocco). It is interested particularly in the practical application of the low by the judges and the referees at the time of the litigations and disagreements of a legal nature which they have to slice, whatever are the contexts and the parts: individuals, companies, multinational firms, local communities, publicly-owned establishments, independent administrative authorities, nongovernmental associations, international and intergovernmental organizations, States...
The MMD
is interested in jurisprudence in all its diversity and the dispute as a whole of its typology:
► Dispute of public law;
► Dispute of private law;
► Dispute of national and comparative law;
► Dispute of international law (public and private).
Moreover, the MMD publishes researches having milked with the various alternative modes of regulation of litigations (arbitration, mediation, good offices, conciliation, investigation...)
The MMD wants to be a forum and a feature of union between the members of the great family of the lawyers of the dispute, which they are academics or experts.
It is opened to the authors and to the researchers who seem to have certain knowledge of all branches related to field of law, confirmed to national and foreign beginners. In the same way, the MMD is opened to other branches of knowledge (history, literature, arts, sciences’ policy, international relations, sociology...) in respect of particular modes of litigation’s regulation.
